a little more kyle

DAY 1:
So, yet another of our children decides to be born without a doctor present. This time, however, there was at least a nurse in the room. The doctor decided to give me pitocin in order to make things go faster (which I think is totally unnecessary) and boy did it make things go faster. My body pushed/ejected Kyle out without even asking me first. The nurse told us that was the first time she'd ever "caught" a baby bare-handed. After the delivery, all of the nursing staff came running in as fast as they could (they weren't set up or prepared at all) and one of nurses broke the door jam and part of the door to our room trying to get in!! At that time I informed them all that if anyone ever came near me with "that stuff" again they would lose their hands. Also at that time, Nathan noticed that Kyle had A LOT of DARK hair!! It's a good thing we both saw him be born!

DAY 2:

I was only allowed to have 2 visitors at the hospital due to the H1N1 virus and Nathan was counted as a visitor (no lie). Since Grandma was sick with a cold, she wasn't allowed to be one of the visitors, so Nana stepped in and came during Day 2. (Thanks Tami!)

DAY 3:
Will come later, they're on Dad's camera.
This was the day Seth and Leah met Kyle... AMAZING.

DAY 4:
