Leah has started dragging chairs, stools or whatever she can find over to the counter to check out what's going on and help out. This was BY FAR the most impressive!!

At this stage in our lives, I try to embrace every moment that they make me want to smile or laugh instead of making me want to yell or hide!!

Please pray for my baby boy. It's 11:00 in the morning, and he's been asleep on the couch for 45minutes. He told me earlier, "It hurts here" while he pointed at his head and he felt warm, so we took his temperature and it was running over 100 degrees. This is the part of mommying when I never know what to do.

a day at the pool

After everything settled down in July, Nate and I took the family back to the Germantown Civic Center. Thanks for the free passes, Papa!! We spent the whole day there, and had a great time.

I am an official sunscreen fanatic!! But when they're 80, if their skin looks bad, they won't be able to blame me!

more pool day fun

We took a small break, in our pool day, to eat a McDonald's picnic out on a playground, and this is who joined us!!

Leah thought that it was awesome!!

Seth was a bit nervous.

And at this point, Seth was flippin' out, yelling for Leah to come back!!

Those geese were as big as she was and probably weighed more. They we're coming at us b/c they thought that we would feed them. If only geese could spot a tightwad family!

IT'S A BOY!!!

We are very excited! We were actually hoping for a boy (so glad it was, otherwise I'd have some guilt to deal with!!) We've actually known for a while, but my heart hasn't been into blogging lately. When things settle down a little I have a few recent, cute pics to post.

If you're wondering what we're naming him, it's a secret... not because we're "those people," but because we have no idea yet!
